Two ways to inspect
Most teams run AI-assisted. Some would rather not use AI for damage at all — just a fixed set of photos and a person marking what they see. Both produce a real, signed-off report; the difference is in how damage gets found.
Either way, plate verification and dash reading (mileage, fuel, charge) still run automatically. Damage detection is the only part that’s optional.
Accounts start on Manual mode by default while AI-assisted detection is still being fine-tuned. Get in touch to have it enabled for your team.

How the AI actually gets better
When your team confirms, corrects, or adds a piece of damage on an AI-assisted inspection, that’s a real, human-checked example — not just a guess. Photos from AI-assisted inspections are used this way to improve detection accuracy over time. Your data is never shown to another company or sold on — full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Built for the handover, not the office
Every collection and delivery is a moment of liability. A timestamped, GPS-tagged walkaround is your record if a dispute ever comes back.
Check vehicles out and back in with the same guided process — condition disagreements at return stop being a guessing game.
Know the condition a vehicle arrived in before you touch it, and prove it left the way you found it, minus what you fixed.
Digital Driver ID
A driver turning up without their ID is a classic trade-plate headache: the site won’t release the vehicle, and there’s no quick way to prove who they are or that the job’s really theirs. Digital Driver ID puts a QR code and a rotating PIN on every driver’s phone instead.
A photo, name, and start date, done once per driver from the dashboard.

Scan the code, enter the PIN and the registration, see the driver’s photo, status, and whether this job is really allocated to them.

1 token for an AI-assisted inspection, 0.5 for manual. No monthly minimums, no per-seat pricing for staff.
