PISTO is provided by BlueDevLabs Ltd. It’s currently in beta — these terms reflect that, and they’ll be replaced by a fuller agreement as the product moves toward general release. By using PISTO, your company agrees to the terms below.
PISTO is under active development. Features may change, and we can’t guarantee the service will be fault-free or uninterrupted during beta. We’ll do our best to give notice of any change likely to affect how you use it day to day.
Company accounts are set up by BlueDevLabs; a company admin then invites their own staff. Staff accounts aren’t self-service — an admin creates and manages them, and is responsible for the accuracy of what’s entered under their company’s account and for keeping login details secure.
Inspection data your company creates — jobs, vehicles, walkarounds, damage findings, reports — belongs to your company. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and don’t use it for any other company’s benefit or share it with them.
PISTO is for recording genuine vehicle condition inspections. Don’t use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, attempt to access another company’s data, or interfere with the service for other users.
Damage detection is AI-assisted, not automatic — every finding is meant to be reviewed and confirmed, corrected, or rejected by a member of staff before an inspection locks. Treat AI flags as a starting point for that review, not a final verdict on their own.
PISTO produces a record of what was observed at the time of inspection. We don’t adjudicate damage disputes between your company and a vehicle’s owner, insurer, or any other party, and we’re not liable for the outcome of any dispute a report is used in.
We aim to keep PISTO available and responsive, but during beta we don’t offer a formal uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance will generally be scheduled outside normal working hours where possible.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of PISTO after an update means you accept the revised terms. We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
